      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and facilitate daily activities of multiple moderately complex clinical trials and manage clinical data
      - Coordinate and conduct studies from startup through closeout, including patient recruitment and protocol adherence
      - Protect patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with federal regulations and institutional policies
      - Maintain accurate and complete records, including informed consent and study documentation
      - Assist in quality assurance reviews and support Principal Investigators in study management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum educational requirement: College or university degree in a related field
      - 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
      - Strong data management skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
      - Familiarity with federal research regulations and clinical trial protocols

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - 2 years of clinical research experience coordinating various studies, including investigator-initiated and multi-site trials
      - Experience in managing NIH-funded grants
      - Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP)
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
