      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the coordination of clinical research studies from start-up to close-out, ensuring adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
      - Provide guidance to team members and ensure effective teamwork and collaboration
      - Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions
      - Conduct patient screening and visits on-site or remotely, organizing follow-ups and lab work as needed
      - Maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive records and information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree required; health-related field is a plus
      - Minimum of 2 years of related experience in clinical research
      - Ability to work within a team environment
      - Knowledge of research ethics and regulations
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines
      - Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
