What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Re-contact patients and families for blood draws and onsite glaucoma screenings, including arranging transportation and scheduling
- Evaluate subjects for inclusion/exclusion criteria, conduct interviews, obtain patient consent, and collect blood samples
- Collaborate on community outreach events and organize Community Advisory Board meetings
- Submit documents to regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with research protocols
- Drive research projects by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate ambition and interpersonal skills

- Experience in clinical research or related fields
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in research settings
- Background in genetics or ophthalmology
