What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with the approved protocol
- Communicate with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, and resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring activities to identify site deviations and corrective actions
- Complete monitoring reports summarizing significant findings and recommendations for compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Ability to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide, with some visits conducted remotely
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to monitoring sites
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft® Office and strong communication skills

- Experience in a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO)
- Familiarity with regulatory document review and medical device accountability
- Advanced presentation skills for communicating findings effectively
- Detail-oriented with efficient time management capabilities
