What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites in compliance with protocols
- Communicate effectively with medical site staff, including coordinators and physicians
- Verify investigator qualifications, training, and resources at research sites
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring activities to ensure compliance and identify site deficiencies
- Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing significant findings and recommended actions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Ability to travel 60-70% to locations nationwide; some visits may be remote
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to monitoring sites
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office with strong communication and presentation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in clinical trial management and regulatory compliance
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems
- Additional certifications in clinical research (e.g., CRC, CRA)
- Previous experience in a full-service CRO environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
