What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits at research sites
- Communicate effectively with medical site staff, including clinicians and coordinators
- Verify investigator qualifications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform on-site and remote monitoring activities to identify site deficiencies
- Complete monitoring reports and follow-up letters summarizing findings and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a health or science-related field
- At least 1 year of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
- Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide, with some remote visits
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to monitoring sites
- Proficient in Microsoft® Office with strong communication skills

- Experience with risk-based monitoring approaches
- Familiarity with clinical trial management systems
- Knowledge of regulatory document review processes
- Strong analytical skills for patient recruitment and retention assessment
- Previous involvement in training or mentoring roles
