What is Required (Qualifications):
- Successful completion of the Penn State University course HHD497 Special Topics: Clinical Research Practice
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week for 12 weeks
- Must pass Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check, Pennsylvania Child Abuse History, and FBI Criminal Background Check
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Prior experience in a research or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of local, federal, and state regulatory policies
- Familiarity with protocol documentation and Institutional Review Board processes
- Proficiency in data collection and monitoring
