      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for clinical trials, including data entry and troubleshooting
      - Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings
      - Manage document activities, including scanning, uploading, and eTMF maintenance
      - Support retention-related activities and liaise with sites regarding high-risk participants
      - Troubleshoot platform issues and submit purchase order increases as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices
      - Excellent computer skills with experience in a variety of software applications
      - Fluency in English, both written and oral
      - Strong self-management, communication, and organizational skills
      - Ability to work flexible hours, particularly in Pacific Time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with Investigator Engagement business systems
      - Previous involvement in community outreach or diversity tracking initiatives
      - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks
