      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Direct management and coordination of multi-center clinical trials within the Cancer Center
      - Supervise and train a team of research staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
      - Serve as the central communications liaison for all clinical trial collaborators
      - Monitor and report on trial operations, including safety management and regulatory compliance
      - Collaborate with project investigators and research sites to meet study milestones

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's Degree preferred
      - 3-5 years of progressively responsible experience in a research-related field
      - 1-2 years of prior supervisory experience
      - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in database management and computer skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience managing multi-center trials funded by NIH or industry standards
      - Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) and Good Clinical Practice (ICH GCP)
      - Demonstrated ability to clarify complex issues to collaborators
      - Experience in budget management
