      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct field monitoring of studies and data collection for clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory compliance
      - Provide oversight and insights into trial activities, including monitoring deviations and data quality
      - Verify trial/study data and maintain appropriate regulatory documentation
      - Validate investigational device accountability through tracking and documentation
      - Develop and deliver training on Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and trial-related activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Life Sciences or Nursing
      - 3 years of relevant work experience in clinical research, including quality assurance/control and regulatory compliance
      - Experience working in a medical device or regulated industry
      - Proficiency with electronic data capture
      - Ability to travel up to 75% for clinical site visits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6 months to 1 year of clinical research field monitoring experience
      - Clinical cardiac experience, including roles such as EMT, Nursing, or Medical Assisting with a focus on cardiac care
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with analytical skills
      - Familiarity with cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology
      - Experience with clinical systems and demonstrated problem-solving skills
