What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and conduct clinical research studies and trials
- Provide oversight, training, and education to research staff
- Develop and maintain relationships with Principal Investigators and clinical departments
- Liaise between site research personnel, industry sponsors, and clinical departments
- Document all patient, staff, and sponsor correspondence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Active Florida RN License, Active SOCRA or ACRP certification, BLS Certification required
- Clinical Research Coordination experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in pediatric clinical research
- Experience working with diverse populations and multicultural values
