What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, organize, and implement recruitment programs to meet targeted enrollment goals
- Phone screen patients or caregivers in a caring and empathetic manner
- Manage incoming calls from patients interested in participating in research studies
- Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening interviews and medical record reviews
- Document patient information accurately in the computer database

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment, customer service, or call center
- Proficiency with computer applications such as email and electronic health records
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT, or another medical license
- Experience with calendar management/scheduling and clinical trial management systems
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
