      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, and implement recruitment programs to meet enrollment goals for study protocols
      - Phone screen patients or caregivers in a caring and empathetic manner
      - Document patient information accurately in the computer database
      - Evaluate eligibility of potential subjects through screening interviews and reviews of medical records
      - Manage incoming calls from patients interested in participating in research studies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months experience in a medical environment, customer service, call center, or similar field
      - Proficiency with computer applications such as email and electronic health records
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Medical license (MA, CNA, LPN/LVN, EMT) is highly preferred
      - Experience with calendar management and clinical trial management systems
      - Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
      - Ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm)
      - Strong listening skills and ability to work well both independently and in a team
