- Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies (e.g., digital ads, email/SMS campaigns, in-clinic marketing, provider referrals) for active and planned clinical trials both internally within our health system and external campaigns.
- Identify and test new recruitment channels, partnerships, and marketing vendors.
- Partner with the research operations team to align recruitment plans with study timelines and enrollment targets.
- Support the creation of IRB-approved outreach materials, patient-facing content, and advertising concepts that reflect Carbon's brand and values.
- Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, and funnel metrics; provide data-driven recommendations to improve effectiveness.
- Develop strategies with external practices and health systems for recruitment collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree required (marketing, communications, or related field preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research marketing and patient recruitment
- Experience recruiting to therapeutic clinical trials
- Proven ability to build and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and patient populations
- Experience with recruitment material development and digital advertising platforms
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

We're seeking a Clinical Research Marketing Contractor to support participant recruitment strategy and execution for Carbon Health's clinical trials through Carbon for Research. If you are passionate about clinical research and marketing-and enjoy creating innovative ways to connect patients with meaningful study opportunities-this is the role for you.
In this contract position, you'll lead and execute targeted marketing and recruitment strategies for active and upcoming clinical trials across a variety of therapeutic areas. You'll work with our research operations team to ensure recruitment goals are met.
This is a per diem role and 100% remote.
