What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical data products, supporting business development and client engagement
- Collaborate with clients to define research questions and lead project kick-offs, ensuring timely delivery of insights
- Drive research collaborations with external organizations, including academia, biotech, and pharma
- Present research findings at conferences and represent the organization's capabilities in rare disorders and oncology
- Translate complex data insights into clear materials for clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a life science or health-related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research, health data analytics, or life sciences consulting
- Proven experience managing research collaborations or client-facing projects
- Familiarity with real-world data, clinical datasets, and health informatics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and drive cross-functional alignment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with electronic medical records and clinical data standards (ICD9/10, SNOMED, LOINC, FHIR, etc.)
- Knowledge of statistical programming languages such as R or SQL
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Comfortable presenting to external stakeholders and representing the organization at conferences
