  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct timely prior authorization reviews using clinical expertise and payer criteria to ensure medical necessity is met
  - Review and analyze patient documentation including progress notes and lab reports to support clinical decisions
  - Request additional clinical information as needed to facilitate decision-making
  - Assist in creating clinical support packets for initial authorizations and appeals
  - Document and construct clinical cases for appeal submissions in response to authorization denials
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field or 3 years of relevant experience
  - Proven experience with denial support, clinical reviews, and appeals for infusions
  - Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
  - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
