  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct timely prior authorization reviews based on clinical expertise and payer criteria
  - Analyze patient documentation such as progress notes and lab reports to ensure compliance with medical necessity
  - Request additional information as needed to facilitate decision-making and next steps
  - Develop clinical support packets for initial prior authorization and appeals processes
  - Provide inter-departmental training on clinical requirements and best practices for prior authorization and appeals
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field or 3 years in a related position
  - Experience in denial support, clinical reviews, and appeals for infusion services
  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong customer service abilities
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  - Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently

  - Experience working with patients requiring specialty infusion services
  - Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible communication style
