      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct pre-visit reviews of selected ambulatory encounters to identify opportunities for medical condition recapture
      - Accurately interpret clinical information to identify potential diagnoses and communicate findings to providers
      - Identify educational opportunities through chart reviews and provide feedback to enhance provider documentation
      - Collaborate with care teams to improve medical record documentation and maintain compliance
      - Stay updated on coding guidelines and maintain required clinical licensure and credentials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in case management, outpatient coding, utilization review, or Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI)
      - Experience in Primary Care, medical coding, risk adjustment, or CDI preferred
      - Current certification in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDIP, CCDS, CCDS-O, or CDEO) preferred
      - Certification in medical coding and/or risk adjustment (e.g., CRC, CPC, CCS) preferred
      - Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in Primary Care, medical coding, risk adjustment, or CDI
      - Medical licensure (RN, PA, NP) preferred
      - Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
