      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop a sales strategy to enhance robot utilization
      - Manage surgical teams through training sessions and integration of the da Vinci® Surgical System
      - Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties
      - Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness and procedure adoption
      - Drive sales of instruments and accessories while managing administrative tasks related to sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in medical devices
      - Strong ambition and exceptional work ethic
      - Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
      - Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in clinical sales within the medical device industry
      - Established relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the healthcare sector
      - Strong understanding of surgical procedures and technologies
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
