      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate and implement sales strategies to enhance robot utilization
      - Mentor surgical teams through training sessions and integration of the da Vinci® Surgical System
      - Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across various surgical specialties
      - Organize and support regional sales and marketing events to promote system awareness and procedure adoption
      - Drive the sales of instruments and accessories while expanding the user base through engagement with key opinion leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in healthcare sales
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as needed
      - Strong capacity for learning and adapting to new environments
      - Proven track record of success in sales
