What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain account relationships in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers
- Provide presales account support, including lead generation and customer intelligence
- Act as the client's lead for post-sale implementation, including training and project management
- Establish professional relationships with healthcare providers and decision-makers
- Stay updated on clinical and market trends related to sleep and cardiopulmonary products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS Degree in Cardiovascular, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience in the medical device field, preferably related to sleep
- Two years' experience with CRM or Salesforce
- Familiarity with clinical reimbursement and managed care policies is highly desirable
- Ability to travel up to 60%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with VA hospitals or large managed care organizations
- Completion of an accredited program in respiratory care
- Proven track record in sales projects and clinical support
- Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
