      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with Territory Managers to support territory growth objectives through clinical education and procedural coverage
      - Drive revenue generation by increasing product adoption and account penetration within existing healthcare accounts
      - Conduct in-services and presentations to healthcare staff, including physicians and nurses
      - Proactively communicate with territory team members and provide updates on competitive and clinical situations
      - Manage product complaints and ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2+ years of related experience in the medical device and/or pharmaceutical field
      - Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to adapt to changing priorities
      - Proficiency with PC-based office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
      - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for extensive travel within the assigned territory

      - Clinical background with strong sales skills and a proven track record
      - Long-term desire to progress to a Territory Manager or sales representative role
      - Ability to work in high-pressure environments, such as catheterization labs
      - Keen self-awareness and attention to detail in maintaining records and processing reports
