What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with sales leadership and marketing teams to create engaging training content
- Incorporate adult learning strategies to tailor training materials for target audiences
- Innovate and define new educational pathways for the Peripheral Vascular portfolio
- Execute training programs for new hires in the Peripheral Vascular sales team
- Support Medical Education needs as they arise across the education team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training, clinical training, or medical device education
- In-depth knowledge of clinical workflows and technical competencies related to medical devices
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Education, Business)
- Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and training analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or relevant training certifications
- Experience developing and delivering high-impact training across live and digital formats
