      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services
      - Inform families and Behavior Interventionists of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
      - Arrange for alternate coverage or work for Behavior Interventionists and manage PTO coverage
      - Respond to staff and client inquiries regarding scheduling via phone and email
      - Attend regular meetings with the Clinical Services Scheduling Manager and collaborate with other departments as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      - Minimum of three years of customer service experience
      - Prior scheduling experience required, preferably in a healthcare setting or at an autism services provider
      - Proven customer service skills with experience handling heavy call volume
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience utilizing Central Reach and Monday.com
      - Excellent organizational skills with a self-motivated approach
      - Proven ability to anticipate needs and respond in a timely manner
      - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
      - Ability to work overtime as required
