What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, clinical, and sales support to achieve cardiac ablation solutions sales and customer service objectives
- Represent the employer during ablation procedures, offering troubleshooting and technical assistance
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on relevant products and procedures
- Assist in training new Clinical Specialists and Account Managers in collaboration with the field training department
- Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's products and maintain communication with sales representatives regarding procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field; OR
- Bachelor’s degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting, or sales in the cardiac field
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 75% of the time within the assigned territory
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day and perform physical tasks as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Local candidates with prior experience at the employer will be given preference
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ work experience in the cardiac field
- Completion of pacing school or ATI-like training program
- Proven track record with technical training assignments
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
