What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM products and solutions
- Perform checks and interrogations of all CRM medical device systems and support implants post sign-off
- Manage consignment and trunk inventory and assist with daily coverage logistics as needed
- Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR
- Associate's Degree plus a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR
- Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields
- Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory, completing a minimum of 10% travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
- Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and other applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
