What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring access to necessary equipment and assisting with device selection and testing
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers, patients, and colleagues in a timely manner
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on product use and relevant therapies
- Manage inventory and coordinate with customer service for order placement and product replacement
- Collaborate with sales representatives to achieve business objectives and document activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 years of clinical or medical sales experience; or Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Ability to work autonomously and manage personal expenses effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and wear protective gear for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Experience in a sterile environment as a registered nurse or healthcare professional
- Clinical experience with implantable neurological products or similar areas
- Familiarity with reimbursement processes and the healthcare environment
- Previous experience with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
