What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to assist in meeting Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
- Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
- Manage consignment and trunk inventory, ensuring customer needs are met
- Assist with patient registration and complete required hospital documentation
- Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR
- Associate's Degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., SalesForce.com)
