What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead revenue-generating projects to support account ownership
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers, including competitor activity
- Deliver educational projects and provide technical, clinical, and programming assistance
- Train new Clinical Specialists and assist Territory Managers with after-hours call support
- Foster strong relationships with customers and provide medical professionals with sales support and training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate’s degree, technical certification, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 5+ years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting
- 3+ years of experience in the medical devices industry, including inventory management experience
- Exceptional clinical competence and excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned area regularly

- Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering or a related field
