What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Account Managers to provide quality case coverage and achieve clinical outcomes
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for troubleshooting and in-service education regarding company products
- Engage with customers to understand their clinical needs and provide feasible solutions using company products
- Educate clients on the latest product and technology developments
- Maintain productive relationships with key decision-makers and support monitoring of product inventory levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent medical training (e.g., RT, RCIS, Surgical Tech, RN, NP, or First Assistant)
- Minimum of 5+ years of direct experience in the medical device industry with a strong clinical orientation
- Experience in interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, vascular, or cardiac surgery
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence various healthcare professionals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous industry experience in the cardiovascular space, working with Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, Vascular Surgeons, and Interventional Radiologists
- Experience with vascular closure and clinical education/training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems
- Emotional intelligence to manage schedules effectively
