What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review files to obtain necessary medical information and certification of disability from treating physicians
- Assist with vendor management and collaborate with vendors for timely reports
- Document clear and concise details regarding certification dates and treatment plans
- Work alongside Claims Case Managers and claimants to facilitate timely medical information collection
- Remain adaptable to changing business needs and support the team to meet customer requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- LPN/LVN from an accredited school of Nursing with a valid license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or equivalent medical office experience
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and OneNote
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage multiple priorities effectively
