What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Represent the employer during surgeries and implants by providing necessary equipment and demonstrating expertise in implant and follow-up support
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on products and therapies through various training programs and seminars
- Identify needs for new and existing accounts and proactively engage with caregivers and account employees
- Provide sales support during cases, including documentation and order placement for pending purchase orders
- Maintain effective communication with district personnel, customers, and other employees of the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of patient care/clinical experience; or an Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within the assigned territory
- Strong clinical knowledge and experience with implantable Neuromodulation products
- Ability to communicate effectively with sales and healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Experience in servicing medical personnel on product use
- Clinical experience in specialty areas such as urology, surgical, or neurology
- Ability to coach others on product use and clinical applications
- Experience working with a medical device or pharmaceutical company
