What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support client needs
- Lead clinical coordination efforts and oversee case management processes
- Collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Facilitate crisis intervention strategies and develop safety plans for at-risk clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Valid LSW, LCSW, or LPC licensure
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Experience in crisis intervention and facilitating individual and group therapy
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and assessment processes
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with clinical case conceptualization
- Familiarity with various behavioral health treatment modalities
