      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support member engagement projects and outreach performed by the STARS team
      - Coordinate supplemental and health demographic data collection projects for accurate reporting
      - Perform accurate data entry in HEDIS software system and outreach tracking system
      - Review and maintain medical records to confirm referrals and document results
      - Conduct record audits at remote provider offices as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Current Certified/Registered Medical Assistant in the State of Oklahoma or 1 year of experience with a health plan or within a quality department or clinical setting required
      - Valid state driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance required
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel) and basic electronic health record knowledge
