      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support and maintain outreach initiatives with members and providers
      - Educate providers on quality metric guidelines to enhance patient compliance
      - Perform accurate data entry in HEDIS software and outreach tracking systems
      - Review and maintain medical records for referrals, results, and medical coding
      - Conduct record audits at remote provider offices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Current Certified/Registered Medical Assistant in the State of Oklahoma or six months of experience in a health plan or quality department required
      - Valid state driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance required
      - Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel)
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Basic electronic health record knowledge and ability to quickly learn new software
      - Detailed knowledge of quality performance measures and clinical healthcare
      - Strong organizational and time management skills
