      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Clinical Director in developing and implementing clinical schedules and curriculum
      - Ensure clinical services are delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards
      - Manage crisis situations during intensive outpatient program delivery, including on-call responsibilities
      - Maintain a caseload and facilitate weekly group treatment sessions
      - Provide clinical supervision to associate-level therapists and monitor treatment documentation for compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be an independently licensed mental health counselor in the state of California
      - Ability to provide supervision to associate-level therapists in California
      - Experience working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, and adults
      - Leadership experience in clinical settings such as inpatient, outpatient, IOP, or PHP
      - Familiarity with cloud-based communication software and electronic medical records (EMR)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in various therapeutic modalities such as DBT, CBT, EMDR, or MI
      - Experience in developing relationships with referral sources and participating in networking
