- At least 1-2 years of clinical leadership experience is required; 3+ years’ experience is preferred. Specialty experience is a plus!
- CMA is required.
- Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire. ACLS may be required by specialty.
- Prior EMR experience is strongly preferred; EPIC experience is a plus!
- Excellent phone skills and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
- Ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong commitment to patient care and privacy guidelines.

We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor (CMA) to join our ENT East clinics in East Portland and Gresham. You will work with exceptional physicians who value their team and working together to help our patients get the best possible care.
Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate who is personable, dependable, organized, detail-oriented, strong at multitasking, and dedicated to high-quality patient care. As the clinical supervisor, you will actively engage in day-to-day clinic operations, working alongside clinical staff. Ideal candidates will have prior clinical care experience, be compassionate, and have good listening skills to train and mentor clinical teams, including medical assistants, nurses, and ward clerks.
Building a culture of accountability is essential. Collaborate with the Manager/Director to foster a safe and respectful environment, modeling desired behavior. Actively support quality improvement processes, advocating for patient and staff safety and assisting in identifying strategies to maximize physician efficiency. Effective communication and teamwork are crucial, promoting a positive and accountable work environment while remaining flexible to changes.
Coverage at both the ENT Gateway clinic at Gateway Medical Office Building and the ENT Gresham clinic at Mt. Hood Professional Plaza will be required.
Workdays will be Monday-Friday (7:30 am - 5:00 pm)
Starting pay range, based on experience: $36.97 - $50.02 per hour.
Medical, Vision and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
