What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients with autism
- Oversee the implementation of treatment protocols and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavior technicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on data analysis
- Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to coordinate care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of 12-18 patients

- Experience with telehealth services in a behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with data analysis and treatment protocol adjustments
- Previous leadership experience in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in using technology for patient treatment and documentation
- Ability to engage in continuous learning and professional development
