What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
- Assess and analyze patient skills and challenging behaviors to inform treatment strategies
- Monitor treatment integrity and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders regarding treatment progress
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong knowledge of best practices for ABA treatment
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using technology for patient interaction and treatment documentation
