      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
      - Conduct assessments to identify skill deficits and strengths in patients
      - Monitor treatment integrity and provide coaching to behavioral technicians
      - Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment protocols
      - Maintain communication with treatment stakeholders, including caregivers and payers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
      - Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
      - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work collaboratively with team members
      - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a remote work environment
      - Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and exercise clinical judgment
      - Previous experience in training or mentoring staff
      - Familiarity with telehealth services and technology
