What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment and analysis of skills and behaviors
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and ensure 100% treatment adherence
- Monitor treatment integrity and provide ongoing coaching to behavior technicians
- Analyze data to evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment protocols
- Coordinate care with other professionals and communicate effectively with treatment stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
