What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
- Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths
- Oversee the implementation of treatment protocols by behavior technicians
- Summarize and analyze data to assess patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA requirements and collaborate with other professionals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Familiarity with telehealth services and technology
- Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to changing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in coaching or training behavioral technicians
