      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain treatment plans while using clinical judgment to promote optimal outcomes for each patient
      - Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors
      - Monitor treatment integrity and ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
      - Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and coordinate care with other professionals
      - Maintain a caseload of 12-18 patients, accurately communicating treatment responses to stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
      - Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

      - Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a positive and solution-focused attitude
      - Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
      - Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
