What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all clinical aspects of treatment for patients, including assessment and analysis of skills and behaviors
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment integrity
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols
- Summarize and analyze data to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Coordinate care with other professionals and accurately communicate treatment responses to stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
- Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate empathy and compassion
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

- Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
