      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans for patients
      - Evaluate patients to identify skill deficits and strengths, and analyze challenging behaviors
      - Monitor treatment integrity to ensure satisfactory implementation of treatment protocols
      - Provide ongoing coaching and training to behavioral technicians
      - Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers about treatment progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field
      - Certification as a behavior analyst from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
      - Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing treatment in various settings, including telehealth
      - Familiarity with documentation and compliance related to HIPAA requirements
      - Proficiency in using technology, including MS Office and telecommunication tools
      - Strong time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Desire for continuous learning and skill development in the field of behavior analysis
