What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely completion of all clinical review case types in accordance with contractual requirements
- Monitor and manage daily workload volumes and review queues; adjust staffing assignments to meet operational demands
- Analyze reviewer productivity and performance trends to support continuous improvement
- Identify training and development needs and implement targeted learning plans
- Act as a key liaison for provider relations, addressing customer service concerns and fostering strong external partnerships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold an active, unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the State of Maine
- Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience, with at least 2+ years in utilization review or clinical review
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in medical record documentation and supervising clinical business operations
- Proven ability to mentor and develop teams and drive performance results
- Demonstrated experience managing workloads and supporting operational efficiency in a clinical review environment
