What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for case managers delivering a remote case management intervention
- Conduct suicide risk assessments and crisis management as needed
- Train study clinicians in the case management intervention and supervise their delivery
- Monitor and ensure high fidelity in the implementation of the study protocol
- Lead regular meetings with clinicians for mentorship, guidance, and updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's Degree required; preference for doctoral or master's degrees in psychology, social work, or related fields
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience required; preference for 3 years of supervisory experience
- Current, unrestricted independent license as a clinician from a U.S. state
- Experience with suicide risk assessment and crisis management
- Excellent interpersonal, management, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience delivering therapeutic interventions in a virtual setting
- Prior clinical experience with psychiatric inpatients or high-risk populations
- Leadership experience in supervising teams remotely
- Familiarity with military populations or the military health system
- Proven ability to multitask and manage various projects effectively
