When you join us as a Clinical Systems Solutions Strategist , you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

      You Will:

      • Design, test, document, implement, optimize, support and maintain working knowledge of RadNet’s internal clinical systems across all Radiology related workflows including, but not limited to: RIS, PACS, Dictation Systems, Image Exchange Solutions, Health Information Exchanges, Online Portals, Electronic Interfaces, Professional only services, Technical only services, Mammo Tracking and Utilization Management
      • Train members of our Operations and/or Radiologist teams on clinical operations workflows and/or clinical systems functionality
      • Advocate for system feature enhancements and/or changes made proactively by oneself or by other members of our organization; track status of requests and provide users with periodic status updates
      • Troubleshoot bugs identified by oneself or by other members of our organization. Identify and communicate workarounds, while collaborating with IT to develop and implement permanent solutions.
      • Support users with clinical system or workflow related issues; escalating as appropriate
      • Monitor worklists (Activity, Pending PACS Correction, Patient Merge, etc.) in our clinical systems to ensure studies continue to progress through our workflows. Notify appropriate site or regional management when delays occur; assisting them with resolution as necessary
      • Assist with user credential creation and maintenance process; ensuring users have the appropriate access to our clinical systems to effectively execute their job functions
      • Project Manage clinical systems or clinical operations related projects
      • Contribute to discovery, planning, training, support and implementation of our clinical systems for newly acquired or built imaging centers
      • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations to identify, explore and assess interoperability opportunities (EMR interfaces, image exchange solutions, etc.) and with EMR vendors, IT and the Interoperability Team to design, test, document, implement and support interoperability between our clinical systems and/or those of our joint venture partners, referring physician community and/or third-party systems
      • Work with Clinical Systems Solutions, Clinical Operations, Sales and Operational leadership to review and execute quotes, invoices and agreements related to interoperability or clinical systems; working with RadNet’s finance team to track payments to vendors
      • May be responsible for delegate tasks to team members; provide task-related support when needed
      • May be responsible providing feedback on the success or challenges of projects and team-member performance
      • May assist with or lead training for employees
      • May, upon approval of Human Resources, review and approve employee time cards and time off requests

      To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have:

      • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
      • Three (3) years in Health Care with Clinical Operations and/or Clinical Systems work experience preferred.
      • A high level of proficiency and demonstrated effectiveness in problem determination and resolution.
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
      • Ability/flexibility to travel as needed, must possess a valid/unrestricted Driver’s License and proof of insurance.

      Pay Range: $70,304.00 - $75,000.00 per year
