What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coordinate multiple clinical system projects from design through implementation
- Collaborate with architecture teams to identify solutions and oversee project delivery
- Troubleshoot production incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Document incidents, track their status, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate communication between business areas and IT to align project objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of development experience, including .NET
- Five (5) years of experience with operating systems and database concepts
- Extensive experience with Utilization Management and Case Management systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
- Previous experience with Guiding Care
- Knowledge of principles and methods of systems and application implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
