Role: Clinical Tech Support
Location: Irvine, CA
Position Type: Contract
JD:
Sr. level analyst that can troubleshoot and perform complex analysis of issues, workflows, and complete complex build to support analysis.
• Skills/Experience Must Have’s
o 3+ years onsite technical support experience.
o Technical knowledge of the following:
• Endpoint configuration and deployment.
• Network printing setup and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge in Active Directory fundamentals.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
o Ability to travel locally and work off hours and weekends as needed.
o Ability to lift 30 lbs. minimum unassisted as needed.
o Strong communications skills.
Skills/Experience Nice to Have’s
o Technical Certifications (A+, MCSE, Cisco).
o Proficient in Citrix/XenApp administration.
o Project Management experience.
o Strong organizational skills.
